SECTION 1 – RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase – we are offering you a 90-day guarantee on all purchases. Simply send the item(s) back to us for a full refund or replacement, less shipping & handling.
To be eligible for a return and fill refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require that you include a note with the following information:

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
REFUNDS: (If applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 business days. If for some reason your return arrives in unacceptable condition, we will notify you by email that your return was rejected.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (If applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

For orders placed using Klarna as the payment method, the following specific return terms apply to comply with Klarna’s Buyer Protection Policy:
Timeframe: You have the right to return items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and unused due to sanitary reasons.
Costs & Fees: We provide free return postage for qualifying Klarna returns. Please contact customer support to receive a pre-paid return label. No restocking fees will be applied.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued specifically to your Klarna account within 14 business days of our receipt of the return. Store credit or exchanges are not available for Klarna purchases.
