If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day guarantee on purchases, subject to the conditions described below.

Eligible items may be returned for a refund or replacement, less applicable shipping and handling charges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.

Klarna Purchase Return Policy

For purchases made using Klarna, the following additional return conditions apply:

  • Timeframe: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened and unused due to sanitary considerations.

  • Costs & Fees: Free return postage is provided for qualifying Klarna returns. Contact customer support for a prepaid return label. No restocking fees apply.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your Klarna account within 14 business days after receipt of the return. Store credit and exchanges are not available for Klarna purchases.

We replace items only when they are defective or damaged, subject to applicable law.

Section 28 – Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or related Services shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami, Florida, before one arbitrator, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS.

For claims greater than $250,000, the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures shall apply.

For claims of $250,000 or less, the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules shall apply.

The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern arbitration under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved individually rather than through class, consolidated, or representative proceedings.

The parties waive trial by jury for claims proceeding in court to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The arbitrator may award remedies permitted by applicable law, and awards may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Arbitration fees, costs, confidentiality requirements, and attorneys’ fees shall be governed by the applicable arbitration agreement, JAMS rules, and law.
